  • Products damaged on receipt must be reported to info@wholesaleamber.com with visual proof and order details

*Please note that buyer is responsible for all return charges, damages & losses while in transit. After replacement or refund process is approved, merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damage in transit. We advice you to register, insure parcel and ship via traceable delivery company.

*You will have to fill customs declaration form when registering package for shipping and mark parcel as gift and state value not higher than 5 euros/ 6 USD. In case you forget to do this, your parcel might be refused by customs officers might not be delivered back to us.
